Hi all! today is the first day of school and I have got some amazing and hilarious testimonies to share. Ok, for the previous Sat's sermon, it was being preached by Sister WanPing about worship. Now, on Friday evening i actually like prayed to God and sort of like having a thanksgiving session, thanking God for a lot of things that i never acknowledge God for. Let's say for example the wonderful holiday that i had etc etc. So anyway, On Sat, after the worship sermon, I added a new thing to my spiritual life, that is, constant communication with God. Now by that i dun mean that i complain to God 24/7, but what i am saying here is that i will thank God on the spot, I will basically tell God everything.
Ok, that is like just the intro, some additional background that you should know is that I was not doing very well financially, I was over spending each month. If you were to like check my bank account, you would find that there is nothing in there. I ended every month with like only $20-$40. Now, that is pathetic. I do not even have the money to top up my concession pass. So i simply just paid adult fare for the past few days. During the sermon where we had to give our offering, i was actually pondering whether or not i should give my offering, cause it cost me like 25%-50% of my savings! So... yea, i was kind of reluctant to give. But i gave it still.
Just yesterday an amazing thing happened. My mum actually transferred a hundred to me! I was like WOW! Then yesterday when i was like going to top-up my concession(after i receive my $100 la), my dad actually "sponsored" me for the concession(in case you did not know, concession cost $50). So i was like WOW again. This morning my dad gave me like another $8 :)
Ok, that was part 1, now for part 2. My dad drove me to school, and i alighted at the bus stop opposite NP- you know? the bridge there- and i was walking up the bridge and... oops! i tripped on my own slipper! kind of dumb, but.... yea, very "paiseh". But thank God that there was no one around. So i was like even more happy cause no one saw me falling awkwardly on the stairs :D that was the first fall. For the second one, I was sitting on the chair in class and at first, I thought there was nothing wrong with the chair. But somehow when i stood up, took out my stuffs and sat back down, woah! The entire chair sort of like broke down or something, but the seat slided off the chair and i fell! again! >.<>
So... for the testimonies, that's about it. Although i fell like twice within 10 minutes, but... i had a good laugh and enjoyed myself because God really blessed me for the morning :)
