u're an awesome captain! like always knowing wat will happen next and always putting the boys first. every time NCO not up to standard, u will set the standard. when company feel discouraged, u will bring encouragement. when discipline not right, u made it right. so many many things that u have done for the company, not sure how the other boys felt, but i definitely AM super greatful for all ur help and support! no matter how things were, u nvr gave up on 53rd, in the same way that u have helped me, let me do the same and support u all the way for ur China MT!!!!! shall give u lots of prayers, thanks!!!!!!
